

About Me

In today’s weight conscious society where obesity, a lack of self-esteem, meal replacements, chronic illness and diet gimmicks are running wild, I want to share my message and services with women who are struggling with these issues. You may know me as an elite personal fitness trainer for the Trail Aquatic Centre and for my own company, Inspired Life Fitness
As well as being a Certified Elite Trainer, I’m a certified specialist in Sports Nutrition, Exercise Therapy, Exercise and Heart Disease, Group fitness, TRX (suspension strap training), Yoga instructor, and I've just recently become certified as Mat Pilates instructor!
Over the past 15 years, I’ve built a community of women in the West Kootenays of all ages, fitness levels, shapes and sizes, to help encourage, support & motivate each other on the journey to better health and fitness.
Not only do I focus on one on one personal training and nutrition, but I run various classes (Core strengthening, Boot camp, circuit, and a Suspension strap/ hiit training combo class to name a few), but I create and run online group weight loss and fitness programs, which are great for group accountability and members can be at any fitness level from beginners to advanced where workouts can be done in the comfort of your own home or gym. These online programs typically run for 8 weeks 4x per year, where I give you 3 weekly workouts and meal plans for you to follow as well as providing daily online interaction with me as well as to the Facebook support group. I’m a passionate fitness trainer who wants to share my programs and message of women supporting women with not only in my community, but our global community.
