The Challenges are 6-12 weeks fitness and nutrition programs that I offer online, where you are part of a group of women who have all joined this journey to better health and fitness.
The members of these challenges are of all fitness levels and ages!
What sets this apart from other “online programs” is the online interaction with me, your trainer, as well as the rest of the group!

This isn't an easy "quick fix" to lose weight, this is the real deal, it will take some work and commitment, but it's guaranteed to get you the results you want.
What are Inspired life Fitness’ online challenges, and what sets these apart from other “online exercise videos”?
As an elite trainer, over the many years of training and helping women reach their weight loss and fitness goals with one on one personal training, I’ve expanded to creating an online fitness community, where I’ve created these workouts to be challenging, yet modifiable for every fitness level. They are short workouts, (30 mins each) 3 workouts each week, (for 6 - 12 weeks) and offer flexibility for our busy everyday lives. Designed to lose unwanted body fat, while building full body strength, including core strength as well as improving posture and flexibility.
You will also be given a meal plan to follow to nourish and support your body’s changes, while learning about food to get a better understanding of what your body needs to reach your goals.
The online community is a group of women who have become part of my “fitness family”, and although each individual goal may vary, we share the same journey: to reach our fitness goals in a supportive, closed group where we can share our struggles and triumphs whether it’s struggles with food, or exercises, and triumphs no matter how big or small.
I must say that I couldn’t have asked for a better group of women that have become the core group of my “fitness family” to welcome, inspire, and encourage new members to these online programs. So I thank each and every one of you for being part of this, and making these online challenges the success that they are!

How does it work?
~3 full length workout videos each week to follow along to. You do the workouts on your time, when it fits into your schedule. Some prefer mornings, while others prefer evenings and weekends. Although you are doing the workouts alone or with a challenge buddy, on your time, I always encourage people to keep up with the group!

~You will be added into the private Facebook group with the other challenge members, where you will have access to interaction with me and the others, for encouragement, motivation and support.
~ Meal plan to follow.
You can do these workouts either at a gym or at home. If you choose to do these workouts at home, there are a few items that you will need.
Items are: 3 sets of weights (1 set light, 1 set medium, 1 set heavy). Everyone is different so use what feels light, medium and heavy to you. You will also need a yoga mat, an exercise ball, and an aerobic step (with adjustable risers) (or a box jump), a skipping rope and some mini bands (flat resistance band loops). You can find these items locally at Canadian Tire or Walmart, or online (Amazon.ca).

Fall is the perfect time to start your fitness journey. Two years ago Diana's fall challenge was my first. I could never see myself going to the gym or to a fitness class. I just didn't have the confidence.
Doing the challenges on-line in my own home was huge for me, the first step in gaining confidence. The challenges can really work for everyone and all ages. Joining Diana's Inspired Life Fitness challenge was amazing! I really enjoyed the ability to work out from my own home, while fitting it into my busy schedule. Diana's Inspired Life Fitness online challenges covers both of these classes very well. They are as challenging in how hard you want to work out!
Doing these at home gives you the time to complete your workouts as you see fit. Each challenge workout will definitely make you sweat and increase heart rate. I have enjoyed these challenges and will continue to do so. These online home workouts are a great fit for people that can't make timed sessions (classes).

All you need:
